best meat?

i have bought a few weeks ago a group of about 25 turkeys. their were red bourbon, narragansett, and bronze, all from the herritage breeds( whatever that means) we are planning on selling them and eating one ourselves. i was wondering, considering i am a new turkey raiser, what type of the three turkeys are the most flavorful, or the best meat, thank you,.
 
My friend from work raises turkeys. I have had bronze and red bourbon. I like bronze better. It is very juicy meat. And of course, it is also how you prepare it.
