Best Olive egger cross

Some people get lucky and get an F1 pullet that lays nice, dark olive eggs, but that's not the norm.

Usually F1 gives a decent olive green, more just a rich forest green. F2 from crossing back to Marans gives this AMAZING, really dark olive color. What I love is when people start getting into the weird golden brown colors.
