The chicks are healthy (well I did get one that was an extra, not counted in the total chicks sent, that appeared to be force hatched. IE no yolk absorbed, but he is one healthy happy young Araucana cockrel right now. And georgeous to boot.) any loses have been quickly and completely replaced or refunded. I just tell them to put it right back onto my account on the rare occasion that I have lost one. They know I'm gonna order more. just make sure they are close enough to you for a quick shipment. We get our chicks at less than 24 hours old and generally around 12 hours which is awesome. If there is a hatchery close to you ask them for a tour, or check them out online. Just bare in mind not all orders are typical and neither are all people. We do have a closer hatchery, but I'm sticking with the ones that have always treated my family like family.
