Best silkies for meat

I would really like to raise some silkies for meat next year. The idea of traditional methods of cooking and ingredients has always intrigued me. I don't want to start a flame war over this, I am truly interested.
Does anyone have a good source for meat quality silkies?

Silkies are silkies. so if you really want to eat silkies, just get a couple of hens, a roo, and they will give youl otsa babies soon enough that yu can raise to eat. ( due to momma being so broody)

I'd say the best silkies for meat are all the free silkie roosters that so many folks are trying to get rid of.
