Roughly a year and a half. I’ve never had an issue with him spraying anywhere except his litter box.

I think it’s partially due to me having two indoor dogs. I think Snickles thinks they’re dominant so he sticks to marking his own designated space.

Do standard vets and spay/neuter clinics work with rabbits? Or do you have to find a special clinic?

It depends on the clinic and where you live. Most will do it though.
