Best way to hatch silkies. Please help.

Just an update... locked down with no cartons, laid eggs on side.. started with humidity 70%.... already have 8 hatched, more than the whole last hatch, alot more pips, and alot more to go... just worried the hatched chicks will roll the eggs around too much, but hatching with no cartons is the best way to go with silkies from what i can tell... thanks for the advice.
