Best way to have my hens get along.

I'm about to start moving my flocks around. I have my rooster with a hen and 5 chicks, then I have one hen with 10 chickens that she hatch 4 months ago. Also have one hen with her chick and one rooster with 2 hens about 6 months old. I'm going to place all the older hens with the main rooster and place the 5 chicks in the front yard. want to avoid the hens to fight each other once inside the coop, is there anything in particular I should do.

Wow very good article, will be very helpful when I start moving my different flocks. Unfortunately I have gamefowls, they are a little more violent, specially the roosters. I will only stay with about 2 rooster and the rest hopefully will find a new home.
