Best way to wrap process birds for freezing

Since you're ruled out vacuum sealing, your other options are double wrapped butcher paper - or- the shrink bags. You put the chicken in the bag, drop it in boiling water for a second, and poof - the chicken comes out sealed. I believe there is a link to the bags in the FAQ's. I tried to order some last year, but they are only stocked around Thanksgiving time for some reason.
