I can't advise you about those, but will be watching. I love white eggs, b/c they are so much fun to candle when incubating them. My choice, due to my climate would have to have a rose comb. Yes, there are rose combed leghorns. I've had some. They are on the flighty side, I don't mind that. They are not aggressive. They are good layers, but not as good as the singe combed leghorn!
 
I'm going to add a poll with my preferences and see how that turns out. I've never used the poll tool on byc.

Brabanters. Not on the list but my first choice for a white egg layer. Pretty mellow and very "helpful".
Great winter layer too.

Oh wow thanks! Hadn't even considered them. I'm definitely open to more than what's on the list. It's just what I had seen & liked. Thank you for the suggestion. I'm going to check them out!
 
I'd agree with the folks here who mentioned leghorns.
I have 3 leghorns and they are all so chilled out and have no issue being handled. They are also very proud, curious birds who follow me everywhere. My birds are in confinement nearly 24/7 and my leghorns handle it very well.
