We had a cockerel like that, too.(Doodle) Loved to jump into your arms and cuddle. Til he grew up. Now he's a little monster. He bites (hard) if you try to pick him up. Always picking fights with the others and they all hate him.
Yesterday his head was all bloody. He's still cute as can be, though.
I made my girls oatmeal with chia seeds, peanut butter hummus, and some leftovers. One was so excited, she jumped into the dish before I ever set it on the ground! A great treat on this cold Ohio day January, 9, 2015!
I just love this website, how fun to share treat ideas to spoil our chickens in the cold weather. My girls love warm oatmeal with raisins, and warm cornbread. Then again who doesn't?
