Betta fish swimming on his side? (PICS)

What is wrong with Blue Boy?

I cleaned his tank yesterday, and this morning he was swimming on his side. I moved him into a little bowl and warmed up the water. Advice would be great! Thanks!

I don’t think warm water to put him in is a great idea. What is his tanks water like? Warm, hot, cold?

Bettas are usually kept in warm water, I believe.

Bettas like temps that are between 75 and 80 degrees F. ------ his tank was 65 degrees. So I'm slowly bringing the temp up. I need to buy a heater.
