Betta sickness or something like that.. I need help

Okay, so I noticed some odd behavior from one of my Betta fish three days ago, she would stay in the same spot of the tank for hours and hours. Then something started coming out of where her egg spot normally is, but it doesn’t quite look like poop and it’s not eggs. I don’t know what to do, I quarantined here in case it’s a parasite but I’m worried she won’t survive. Her stomach also seems to have shifted to one side of her body and has a strange shape to it. Any ideas what it is or how to treat it? Other then being lethargic and not wanting to eat, she acts fine.. her fins aren’t clamped and she reacts normally when I turn a light on. (Her fins are torn because she’s part of a recently set up sorority. The Sorority is about 3 months old)

It looks like some kind of prolapse. You could try treating with Epsom salt, 1 tbsp per 5 gallons.

I hope it wasn’t a prolapse, because it just fell out... idk how I came home from work and it’s not attached to her anymore... he fins are clamped now but her stomach looks normal shaped. I’m gonna keep her isolated for the night and hope she didn’t literally just poop her guts out

She also looks a bit pale compared to normal but I’m not sure if she was sleeping before I got home. (Bettas get dull when they sleep)

I guess it could have been constipation, but the color led me to believe that it was a prolapse. I hope she is okay!
