First of all, cholesterol isn't all "bad" cholesterol--assuming there is such a thing. Second. there is no proof that dietary cholesterol adds to metabolic cholesterol--it may lower it. Third the whole cholesterol thing is, IMHO, a scare campaign fostered by drug companies to sell cholesterol lowering statins which may cause a body more harm than the cholesterol. The problem is the medical community and the media have bought into the idea and just can't admit they are wrong. In fact, cholesterol may be necessary for one's health and there is no proof that lowering it through pharmacological means will add one day to one's life and it may, in fact, shorten it. (There was just a study done that showed that women of a certain age are more apt to have heart disease if there cholesterol level is low--see http://anthonycolpo.com/?p=2341 .) Enjoy your eggs!
