Eris said gently "Its not that hard to be a Guardian. Your touch can heal, that's mostly it. You cannot resurrect yet, and that's about all of our powers." She added "It's going to be hard for you, Death will try to make you Fall again."

Jace watched her leave, and suddenly felt a rush of loneliness consume him, He was Fallen, and so was shunned by pretty much every living thing in existence. Other Fallens normally decided to eat humans, so usually their difference got the best of them.
He truly was all alone.
