Pryrus collected all of the needed items, then went back to her side. "Alright, this is going to hurt." Pryrus said carefully. He tended to the wound the best he could. Once he was done he gave Claire some pain reliever. "Your gonna get sleepy fast, so I will let you settle in for the night. I love you... Baby." He leaned down and kissed her gently, knowing how easily he could have lost her that night.~

Claire should've felt pleasure and happiness, but she still felt bad for what she had done. She fell asleep with a smile, after his affection.

Caleb was walking down the sidewalk looking for a good place to eat, when he saw a young women sitting in the alleyway holding something. He walked over to her. "Ma'am why are you in the alleyway?"~

Adara looked up at the person who had approached her, and was wary, but too tired to stand at the moment.
"I...I don't have anywhere else to go." She admitted quietly. Her baby started fussing as she sat up, instead of huddling in the corner. Adara had been raised harshly her entire life, so she was worried that this man was possibly angry by this.
"I'm...Sorry." She didn't dare look Caleb in the eyes, now looking at the cold stone ground.

Pryrus went and fell asleep on the couch. During the night, he had a terrible nightmare. The man that had shot Claire didn't miss we heart, he hit it straight on. Pryrus woke up screaming. That moment, no matter what Seldannna said, that man was going to die, tonight. Pryrus got up and walked out the door to find him.~

Aurora started nervously playing with a piece of brightly colored hair, now looking back it she kinda regretted dying the ends in a rainbow of colors but she didn't have time to think about it at the moment "I don't know if that's a good idea, I might kill you or you might kill me and and well... " she tries to argue but her voice nervously trails off

"Okay...He's a few weeks." Adara told him in a timid tone, slowly taking his hand and lifting herself up. She brushed off her torn and dirty dress, readjusting her son in her arms so he could still fall asleep. She continued to look at the ground, almost like she was somewhat ashamed.

Xylos noted "You won't kill me, and I won't kill you, and you need help. So I am going to stay here and help." He folded his wings neatly behind his back.

Adara wasn't sure what "dinner" was, since her husband had never cared to educate her much when she came to America and she had never heard that word before, but instinctively nodded anyway. She had always just been taught to say yes, and it was hard to stop herself from doing that.
She dared to glance up at Caleb's face a few times. His appearance was kind, surprisingly enough. He didn't look angry or stern, or even that intimidating. Her eyes drifted back to her infant within a few moments as she waited to see what Caleb was going to do next.
