How much do you know about Gamefowl genetics? Or, I guess genetics in general? I have some questions that I have no idea how to answer

Well Gamefowl are chickens so their genetics are like every other chicken. What would you like to know?

I have Gamefowl chicks that are 3/4 hatch and 1/4 red quill. I have eggs in my incubator that will be 7/8 hatch and 1/8 red quill. Which set of hens and which rooster from each batch would I need to keep to yield offspring being basically 100% hatch? Basically I just want the rich orangy/red coloring of the hatch roosters.

Keep the hens and cocks that have the best hatch coloring and breed them. Keep selecting and culling until you are satisfied with the coloring.

Mostly they are behaving as usual. One of my Ameraucana hens has become pretty dominant towards some of the other hens.
