I had one pure Amerucana Pullet. She was black. Got her from a guy that bred show birds. Sadly she died from a heartache when the tarp blew off my Run..

How did a tarp cause that?

It was windy and the tarp scared the heck out of them. She was flighty and dropped dead from fear. The tarp was flapping all over the place. I definitely have it properly secured since that happened.

As soon as I get another Broody Hen I'm setting Sebright and Silkie crosses..I would like 4 more Pullets in my flock.
