Uh oh, no I didn't see that but I would suspect that egg of being a ticking time bomb. Did you still see movement when you candled this egg? Or do the sniff test? It looks very very suspect.

Woke up to 2 chicks!!! A boy and a girl! There is another pipped, one of the painted cracked ones!

Yes, the sniff test. Basically just sniff the egg to make sure it isn't stinky from the bacteria building up inside that can sometimes cause the seepage that you showed.
