Here we go... yet again! Out of my last batch, I had 14 eggs that weren't fertilized. Seller was nice enough to send replacements. We got 14 replacement eggs plus 3 extras.

4 are broken. 2 are beyond repair, the other two we put nail polish on and are hoping for the best!

We're putting 15 eggs in. Due to hatch on April 1st!

I'm so EXCITED!!!

Haven't put then in the incubator yet, just waiting for the two broken one's paint job to dry!!

I'm definitely following along again! I'm especially interested in how the nail polish works out for your cracked eggs! Hatch day is tomorrow for some of my undesirable eggs including a repaired crack egg. Good luck on your hatch!

I've heard that you can use nail polish or candle wax. Nail polish is what we have, and so that's what went on the eggs!

Yep, I used wax this time and I've seen success stories with nail polish and even tape!

I think the two tape scenarios I read about were electrical tape and scotch tape. Sometimes you just use whatever is on hand! lol

Got them as a birthday present so I'm not exactly sure. Or at least the first ones were. A seller in NY, I think.
