Bielefelder Roo's

Has anyone processed any Bielefelder Roo's ? What age, and size is optimal? How is the Bielefelder carcass compared to other dual purpose birds? Thanks for any info.

I have Bielefelders and noticed that my 8-9 months old rooster appears to be fully grown, while my 6-7 month old roosters are noticeably smaller. I will be growing them out more before processing.
I have not eaten any of my Bielefelders since I have other chickens to process before these come of age for their latter purpose.
Their carcass appears to be very large and 'healthy'...they are so docile...I almost feel bad for planning their demise. But, alas, I have several hungry mouths to feed. This is the ultimate purpose...I do hope we enjoy the interim.
