I am still in deep mourning of the loss of my beloved Sonja, who died in my arms on April 2 after a long illness of egg peronditus (I think) . Now I noticed that Big Bird is having almost pure water squirtings which you can hear from half way across the yard. Almost all water with a very small amount of green laying in the puddle. This has been going on for over a week now. She is the only one of the remaining 8 that has this problem.

I was thinking of going to the feed store and get some electrolyte additives for their water, or maybe just pour in some Gatorade? I am worried she will become dehydrated. She is eating and is around 6 years old. No vets around that work with chickens and their attitudes are they are "just low cost farm animals" which we know they are so wrong. They are wonderful, affectionate pets but I can't even get any antibiotics for them, I tried during Sonjas sickness. Is there any drugs we could get from Canada for chicken illnesses over the internet?
Any ideas to help poor Big Bird solidify her droppings? I just couldn't take the death of another chicken so close behind Sonja. Thanks.
