Is there any use in treating this hen? This is hanging out of her vent-

I am not sure what happened. This hen has always had problems though, she is over a year old, never laid an egg. She was a dwarf and took forever to grow, always had vent issues, when she was a chick she had really bad pasty butt and then blood would come out of it from time to time when she got older. So is there anything I could do to save this hen or will I need to kill her? I can't take her to a vet unfortunately, I am not really looking to spend hundreds of dollars on a hen that has never even laid an egg.
She is walking around squatting right now. I am not sure how long she has been like this but she was fine this morning.

Should I just try to run it under warm water and pick off shavings or other junk to clean it?

How sick does she look? If she's nice and alert you could let her stand in a tub of warm water first to help loosen the crud, but keep in mind that doing this to one that's sick could kill it.

She is walking around still. She keeps squatting down like she is trying to poop.

I think an egg is stuck! Better help break free or else more eggs behind it will get stuck as well and cause more problems!
