Big hens, tiny little egg

I don't know if another bird used the nest box, ir if 1 of my girls laid this tiny egg.
In July one of the Wyandottes had a small Prolapse - but recovered and looks really healthy now.
Could this tiny egg be a sign another prolapse is pending?
