BIG problem!

We tried to help one of our chicks hatch from an egg because it was drying up! But we didn't succeed, the oy thing left to remove is the membrane! Any way to help him please!!! Hes still breathing and we put him in the incubator.

If there's no yolk, or blood, you're safe to remove the membrane.
 
Yeah, there's still yolk. You actually should have waited another 6-12 hours.

If the membrane was drying out, the humidity must be a bit low. You could've also moistened the membrane with the shell on, with some water, Triple Antibiotic Ointment(Non Pain Relieving), or coconut oil with a Q-Tip.

Quick little update: hes trying to move, his leg has popped out and hes still chirping. Hope he comes out ok
If it comes out, place him/her in a cup, or small container lined with paper towel overnight so it can finish absorbing the yolk.
