Biggest?

Unfortunately, if you are into a variety of colors, Jersey Giants only come in two--black and white. To see a picture just click on http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b311/Chickenmom/BYC Page/BWJ_hens_sm.jpg
In addition to Light, there are also Dark Brahmas and Buff Brahmas. You can see them at http://www.idealpoultry.com/assortment.html
Cochins come in the biggest variety of colors of the giant breeds. You can see them at http://www.idealpoultry.com/assortment.html
There are also Blue and Splash JGs - I have lovely blue JG

pullet - not the best photo but you can get the idea of her coloring

I hatched eggs I got from a breeder - i have never seen them listed at hatcheries either. One dozen BBS eggs - eight hatched - mostly blue and few blacks, no splash unfortunately

Is the white one in the back a Splash? Does your girl in the front have orangish or reddish colors?
The white one is a splash Ameracauna - unfortunately, only blue and black hatched from the JG batch. She does not have red leakage anywhere - it is my poor photography that makes her look like that

Is there a huge visible difference between Cochins and BO or EEs?
Yes - cochins have feathered feet. Orps and cochins are both large and pretty "fluffy" but that's about the only similarity IMO. EE's have pea combs and green legs and can grow up to be almost any color but a common hen coloration is a penciled or partridge brown coloration - they have an Ameracauna body type(ish).

I've had the Black JGs and have seen the Whites, but I've never even seen the Blues and Splashes.
