Kikiriki, that's an insane neighbour! I personally wouldn't have told her about the camera at all. Considering it would face your property & a public area (the street), you've total rights to film w/o telling her. You could have avoided that issue of her trying to attack you, for one. For two, you could get all the incidents rounded up & given them all to the police to give a solid case.

But yeah, totally glad she's gone. Hopefully she's more stable now wherever she is (and not terrorizing new neighbours).

I doubt she is stable since her last arrest was just late last year: my problems with her were around 2005 to 2007, I think. Interesting that she somehow manages to keep getting out of doing jailtime...maybe if she HAD gone to jail for one of her violence related arrests, she would not have ended up attacking me...

I told her about the cameras because my main goal was not to have her going to court, but to have the car related nonsense stop before someone got hurt. I had no idea until I wrote that post last week what a long record of violence related arrests she has had... I still wish I knew what the deputy said to her that day... There was no witness so he could not do anything, although I think he dearly wished he could have!

If she's mentally disturbed it's possible not even threats of jail time will curb her actions, sometimes things like that get worse. But you did say she moved on, so hopefully that is that. Wishing you happier neighbours in the near-future, Kikiriki.
