Do you mean she keeps opening her mouth like she is panting or gasping. I wonder if she could have gapeworms. You may want to put that in the search box and check it out.
If you have a q-tip, you can try to gently swish it around the back of her throat. If it comes out with tiny worms or a bit of blood, she has gapeworm
