Nightwhisper saw all the commotion and hid in a bush, leaving the rabbit carcass. She was very afraid for the first time. Because death seems to lurk around every tree!

Shadow and Summer watched all the fighting, their intetntions to nest here further diminished.

Aspen spied Phoenix and and started to dive-bomb her.

BlueMan wondered at the gifts of eggs offered by his new friend. He was hungary, and wasn't mated himself, but he didn't quite trust this gift. He knew that although birds respected his warning, and he was fearless in defense of his area, even attached small mammals, most animlas didn't trust Jays.

More than one bird had inadvertanly hatched Jay eggs when their own went suddenly missing.

BlueMan scooped up some quick bugs, and one small egg, but decided to beat a retreat and see what was going on in the woods today.

He noted a bird dive bombing Phoenix, who had been aggressive to him earlier. He decided to go help.

Aspen swooped in and out skillfully, scolding and twittering all the while. Although this bird-of-prey was was bigger than ones she tackled frequently, it made no difference to her.

Phoenix hissed and kept hobbling along, she bit the bird but tried to ignore it "this bird is bigger then usual, dang their ganging up on me" she thought to herself

Teka wondered why the jay left, she knew that not many birds trusted jays but she had him eat pests, something that Needed to be done. She went around stomping eggs wishing the jay would have eaten them instead of her having to get her feet covered in yolk

Speckles said to Mo "well its pretty easy, just lure her to her sisters grave, then attack her there, she wont notice anything and she'll cave, but we need a bird big enough to attack her and then make sure she knows she isnt head bird, simple see, but to get to her sisters grave..." she scratched her head knowing they wont be able to get there "Course you could just attack her, but only a seceriatary bird would work, but she could easily kill a sceritary bird unless shes injured"

Teka looked around for water, she headed towards the city, the only known source of water

Teka landed on Mo from behind, not knowing she was injured, and declared "I am the ruler of this place, how dare you travel on MY land" she thought of this as a game and rolled off her "Whatcha doing Speckles? whos she?"
