Poult, hold me back. I wanna go out and grab the male California Quail and kiss him. He's all round and puffy sitting in a tree near my front door. Think he'd mind?

oh I would never. I was kidding about grabbing him. I would never ever cause a bird discomfort. Yes they are soooo cute and wish they weren't afraid bit that's how they survive as we all know.
