One of my birds starting developing some sort of boils or growth. All other four are fine.

Can anyone help me identify what's wrong and any course of action?

Thank You.

Looks like fowl pox.
Here is a link to another post with pictures, looks the same.

It does look like Fowl Pox. It is usually transmited by mosquito/insect bites and will generally resolve itself in a few weeks.
You can put iodine on the scabs to help them dry out and heal. Don't pick off the scabs.
Watch any scabs near the eyes, it could cause a secondary bacterial infection, so if you see any there, you can put some Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes.

Keep your water stations cleaned and sanitized, make sure she is eating and drinking well.

As a preventative measure, I install a small fan in my coop during mosquito season, which blows gently over the roosts (out of reach).
Last summer one of my neighbors fought pox all summer long, and I had none. And I definitely have mosquitos!
The moving air makes it harder for the insects to land on them while they are stationary on the roosts at night.
