Birds not laying often enough.

It's not, especially if birds have lice and/or mites.

I do things organically. I have had no problem dusting my chickens and their coop with DE no mites or lice. Must completely change bedding and DO NOT use the deep bedding method. but that is my experience. What do you use?

Have you ever actually had and infestation of mites or lice?
Then used DE to successfully eradicate them?

Have read a plethora of stories here where DE did not eradicate an infestation.
I use permethrin for lice.

Yes, it is true! My flock has never had an infestation of lice. The DE must be doing its job.
but this conversation was about the chickens are not laying eggs no visible signs of ill health or disease. So as a health boost I would add apple cider vinegar to their water and garlic to their food, I would dust them and their coup with DE and add De to their food.I would be willing to for go my organic ways if I had an infestation.
