birds to eat

everyone talks about raising chickens to eat so im gonna make a go of it, however I do have a few questions for starters do you eat both roosters and hens?

Yes. We have raised Freedom Rangers, been very happy with them. The roos are about a pound bigger than the hens and are just starting a pathetic type of "crowing" at 11 weeks when we process.
