Hi all,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL DECEMBER BIRTHDAYS!!!!!!

I have an aunt and and uncle with birthdays both on Christmas day, just a few years apart. At mom's side of the family Christmas Eve get-together we always took at least an hour for Aunt Eva's and Uncle Buds birthday with a birthday cake and birthday presents wrapped in birthday paper.:)
My brother is on the 4th and I am on the 6th. Always had to share the birthday dinner, no party. One would pick what's for dinner, and the other would pick the type of cake. Then swap choices the next year. Allways got the present lumped together with Christmas. Even from friends growing up. The only ones that use to make my day special are my friends that also have Dec. birthdays.(they know how it is)

On the friends that lump presents together for me. I fixed that. One year for one who's birthday is July 4th, I got her a good present, but wrapped part of it in birthday paper and part of it in Christmas paper. She asked what's this? So I told her that how it feels for my birthday, but you wrap it all in Christmas paper. So BTW, here is your birthday and Christmas present. LOL. She never did that again and yes we are still friends, she made sure none of our other friends did it too.
She now has a dd who has a Dec. birthday and has told me thank-you many times for keeping her from making that mistake. She always keeps the two separated and each day special.:)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL, AND YES YOUR DAY IS SPECIAL.....:D

Mymother was a good planner-- Chritmas dinner on the 24th complete with a visit from Santa, a big BIG dinner, off to church and opening presents.. She never missed a beat.
