Why are the eggs out of the incubator? Was the pic taken during lockdown transition? No pips from the cheeps this morning?

there are three others. this one was actually the last to pip ....but the first to zip out/ the others are just chillin...

the egg that hatched is one of mine, not a shipped egg..
There are three others with hole pipped through, and I can see the beaks are still moving.
Its been a long time for two of them since they started.

I now have 2 that have made it out. This one looks like it will be a darker blue than the first.
