It's funny because that was originally done on Taboo! a show that ran for a couple years on the discovery channel, don't know if it runs any more though.

I ate balut on a dare once, grossed my hubby and kids out! But it tasted like part hard-boiled egg and part chicken, not bad except for the beak....was a little tough. I love that show tho!

The one time I had the guts to watch that show, he was dining on a piglet

and baby squid cooked in its own ink sauce. The little piglet was all whole on the plate-apparently they can't be any bigger then a suckling...and he was breaking into the head and eating the contents...(where is the vomit smilie) Needless to say, I was no longer hungry,

I watch this show all the time. just need a little salt and vinegar for it to taste good. I wont try it and I try everything.

forgot to add that we think thats gross. they think hamburgers and pizza is gross.

Zimmerman is local to me and used to do a spot on our local morning news. Yeah, he can be annoying, but Emerill or Rachel Ray isn't? With 500 channels, they need something to fill them up that's for sure.
