black and brown liquid chicken poop?

When i introduced oyster shell to my adult chickens their poop turned to liquid being several different colors. is this bad?
i feed layer pellets mainly with scratch in the evenings, but i ran out of scratch and since they are free range didnt worry about it. they seem very healthy but t his poop thing worries me, not to mention the mess in the chicken house and the smell.

Mine do the same. I don't believe this is bad. The smell is bad but this is all normal. For me the worst is that they like to poo like this when sitting on waterers or feeders and of course it's on the side I don't see. Now after getting a hand full of these lovely slices of heaven I look everywhere before I place my hands on something. I think they are doing this on purpose.
