I would agree that it appears to be frostbite. It can take a week or more to see the results of frostbite. Do not massage or rub the frostbiiten areas, since they are painful and massage can damage the tissue more. Can you get some pics of the feet? How low have your temps been lately? Are they in a good sized coop at night? Vetericyn, or other hydrogrel sprays are good to use on frostbitten areas without damage, but make sure they are brought inside where it is above freezing to use.
