Black Australorp Cockerel or Pullet?

This is Raye, our black austrlorp* I was thinking she was a pullet but her hackle feathers look pretty pointy and she’s acting a bit rooster-ish. Is Raye a “he” or a “she”? Raye’s about 12.5 weeks old.

Are the pointy hackle feathers normal for black Australorp pullets? Or is Raye a cockerel?

Also, random question, when can you start noticing the difference between silkie pullets and cockerels?

Pullet! Silkies take a while, I'd say 3-5 months maybe longer on some specific birds
