Black australorp cockerels?

I have these beautiful black aussies one is at 16 weeks and the other is at 12 weeks. I'm sure the 16 week one is a cockerel and my 12 week old one is starting to get a red comb and wattle even earlier then the ones over a month older then her. Could this be a rooster?

Looks like both are cockerels. The 16 week one is 100% a cockerel, looks like he is a black copper Marans too. Only the male bcm’s get the copper on the shoulders.

thank you! Interesting because when I bought them the hatcher said they are black australorps. not bad but!
