Here are some additional pictures of the BA. Here is the families description of their personality:

“I’d say in the middle of the pack - she is hard to catch (runs away) but once you have her she likes to be pet and sits calmly in your arms. She isn’t really a bully but sometimes bosses the other girls around a bit but so does Cream Puff (they’re both bigger than the other too). She usually acts like she’s their guard chicken and is looking around and herding them from place to place “

Well those new pics make me think roo now lol. It's a lot more red and bigger than it looked in the first Pic. But to answer your question I'm in another thread with someone who thought roo the entire time until it laid an egg and it's comb was massive. But once again after seeing those new pics I'm going to have to agree with everyone else that it's a roo. Could surprise everyone though. Sorry I can't be more help.

I would think cockerel. It would become definitive when it starts to crow and/or grow hackle feathers.
