I'm not positive that it is a hen, as I think I see some pointed wing bow feathers. Still, the general body shape and other feathering are pullety, so I'm going with hen for now.

Since I also live in Monson, I'm hoping you can resolve a conundrum for me.
Can you tell me where I can find the rules the bureaucrats have created regarding chickens here?

All I can find on Monson is laws on grazing animals not poultry. I do know many people own chickens to include roosters and I did find the by-law that says they're allowed but I of course can't find it right now.
