Went out to the coop this morning and my BA was looking rather sickly. Her feathers have no luster to them and her comb is a dull pink. She seems to have an interest in food but on that is like if I eat ok if not ok. Rather like she doesn't really care if she eats or not. She came out and helped weed the garden and ate some bug that I turned up. Her poos look rather normal brownish and she does drink water. Was thinking about giving her some vitamins in water. Is there something that I can be doing for her to help her feel better. Would hate to lose her. She is my daughters favorite chicken. She calls her poofy. She does like to go broody but hasn't been for a month or so. Any ideas are welcome on what to do.

In addition to the worming recommended above, yes, you can put vitamins in her water. Oft recommended on BYC is Avia Charge 2000 - you can order on line. You can more quickly probably get Durvet poultry vitamins at the feed store and mix the appropriate amount in water...
