Black australorp rooster or pullet

I've got a 13 week black australorp that I'm pretty stumped by. Comb and waddles seem pretty big but they have only turned red about 3 weeks ago. What do you guys think

Looks like I see shiny hackles starting on the head and I think I see some shiny tips on some of the saddle hackles. Deep red comb and wattles. I just returned a 13 and a 17 week old rooster although just mutts that is how they developed.
I am guessing Cockerel.

I'd say cockerel. My BAs were 15 weeks old when I got them and they had very little comb and no red anywhere in their faces:

If this is indeed a 13 week old it's too young for a pol pullet so I would say cockeral

This is my other australorp same age, so that's why I was thinking rooster myself
