I plan to call paypal later this evening and right now im going to look up on the USPS website to see how much they charge to ship small animals.

Are the mailpeople any good there? Because where I live they always mix the mail up.

APPERNTLY THERE SHOULD BE A 4 HOUR TIME LIMIT AS HOW FAR YOU CAN SHIP LIVE ANIMALS SINCE YOU CAN SHIP THEM WITHOUT FOOD OR WATER. O.O

Yes it is (;_ yes California does have a NPIP but i've never heard of it (not even at the vet or fair) until now.

I doubt they require it though. If they did they probably would have told us when we bought our hens.

I should add that some states require NPIP to ship birds.

I am not sure on other states regulations. My flock isn't certified, except for the eggs I have in the incubator.
