Black Australorp?

Looks like the Australorp face to me big black/brown staring eyeballs.
They stare with cuteness!!!!!!

Well, that eliminates Black Jersey Giant as an option. BJGs and Austrolorps look similar, except that the BJG is huge and has yellow feet.

He looks like an Australorp, it's just his legs look a bit pale(r) in the photo. I haven't had enormous flocks, just a few, so I don't know whether pale(r) legs is common in the breed.

No, I don't. However, he hasn't started crowing so I assume he's about 5-6 months old and about to start.

his legs should be grey/slate to be a pure black australorp. Unless the standards in Europe are different to where you got him...

My whole flock is Australorp's. My Black ones all have the Black legs. My Blue's have the grey/slate legs, and my Splash's have the lighter grey/slate legs.

As mentioned by another poster, it's pretty easy to end up with a crossbreed that looks superficially like an Australorp. If you breed him and get unexpected things popping up, then you will know for sure. And really, it only matters if your goal is breeding. If it is, I'm sure you could get a better example of the breed for that purpose. Whether he'd be a good protector is another matter altogether and has nothing to do with leg color.
