A couple a weeks ago i got three said to be Gold laced Wyandottes. But as they aged i realized that two of the bigger ones weren't getting their golden feathers in like one at the same age. If these two are actually are Australorps, what kind of behaviors do they have? Will they pick on other members of the flock? I am getting buff O's next week, they tend to get picked on, they will also be much smaller than the other chicks. Do I need to worry about their protection against the Australorps?

you shouldn't need to worry about protection, there might be a little bit of pecking to establish the pecking order, but it shouldn't be too serious. Personalities vary on the flock though, other people will probably have different stories. . .
and Welcome To BYC! X2 Australorps tend to be pretty nice birds, they shouldn't be any problem in a mixed flock. It sounds like your chicks will be three or four weeks apart in age? You will need to keep them separated until they are closer in size and then integrate them, day old chicks will not do well with month olds, and they need a much warmer brooder temperature also. There is a nice article in the learning center about combining birds of different ages.
