Black Austrolorp and Lavender Orpington chicks

I'm pretty certain already but let me ask everyone. Black Austrolorp and Lavender Orpington 5 weeks old on Monday. I'm a little sad because I like Mt. Healthy Hatchery but my first chick shipment included a Bielefelder rooster...and they are auto sexing. I knew as soon as I opened the box. I drove him 2 hours to a rooster rescue. Unfortunately I can't have roosters.

Did you order all pullets? You should contact them and try to get some money back if possible. I know most only guarantee up to a certain percentage but this seems over that

Thank you. Hatchery said too soon to tell. Which is what they said about the Bielefelder roo, who was auto sexing. Regardless, it is pretty obvious.

This is the lavender orpington I am thinking is a pullet. Last picture is next to the likely roo. Thoughts? Six 1/2 weeks old.
