Black bantam breed? Gender?

These little ones are about 6 weeks old. Mystery bantams from TSC. They each have a white spot under their chins, but all black including legs. Any thoughts as to breed and gender? They are absolutely needy little barnacles right now- all they want to do is sit on my lap, ride on my shoulder or snuggle in my neck. I lost some other juveniles to a Fox last night and these guys are clinging to me now
