Black Chick- Australorp?

Hi all!

I got three chicks from a woman a couple months ago and as soon as I left her barn I forgot what breed one of them was (she had showed me a lot of breeds). I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction now that the chick is a little older. I was also hoping for some help in figuring out whether it's a roo or not. Looks like a roo to me, but I'm looking for confirmation. Thank you all so much!

Agreed, cockerel. If you know the chick is a pure bred then its a Marans.
