Black chickens with lightly feathered legs

Can someone help me identify what breed of chickens I got? They are from Hoovers Hatchery. They are all black with green/purple sheen and lightly feathered legs. No brown color on them. They are 13 weeks old in the picture. Thank you! When I get an answer from the Hatchery I will post here.
